This empowering exercise often includes non-contact boxing moves and plyometric moves — quick exercises that exert lots of force, such as hopping and jumping — to maximize calorie burn and increase lean muscle mass. Dance fitness that combines Latin dance, hip-hop, martial arts, and resistance training in an upbeat fitness choreography that makes working out tons of fun. A class helps tone muscles, and burn calories.
Yoga-This class incorporates yoga postures, movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. This class can also be done as Chair Yoga- It incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
Meditation-Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce emotional distress. Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Qigong is a gentle, mindful practice that combines slow, flowing movements, breathing exercises, and meditation to cultivate energy, improve balance, and promote overall wellness. In a class, you'll learn techniques to relax the body, focus the mind, and boost your health..
