Yes! In fact, working with our expert personal trainers is a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness. This way you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you to workout safely and correctly from the start!


We have currently been working in both settings since 2017. Some clients like us to come to their homes for an in-person session and other clients prefer working with our personal trainers virtually. It all depends on client preference. 


We would love to tell you we guarantee results. However we would be not be honest. The honest answer is that it all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! We will however support you as much as you need on your journey. 


We stand out because we are an inclusive company no matter the age, health/pre-existing conditions, gender, ethnicity, we care about the safety of our clients, and make fitness fun and convenient.  Pretty unique right?  We also hire expert trainers with degrees in exercise fields and certifications.  We also currently work with ages young adults (as young as16 years old) through the aging population (so far our oldest is 92 years old), but most of our clients are over 50. 55% are women, 45% are men. AND, our team travels to our clients homes, offices or meets virtually. 


Yes, however it depends if the gym has exclusive trainer rules or not. If you are not sure ask them if they allow outside personal trainers to have facility use privileges.


Frankly, I don't know yet, it depends on what the you need. Typically, we make recommendations based on the findings in an evaluation. If you would like to learn more about it give us a call 862-251-8989


We start our pricing at $85 for a full session and $65 for a mini session.  If you would like a copy of our pricing menu give us a call and we can send you a copy. 


Yes, we can help you with some starting things to work on. After that if you need specific nutrition coaching or a mapped out program we will refer you to one of our trusted and vetted dietician or nutrition partners. 


We have been in business since 2016. Our owner has been in the fitness industry  for over 20 years. 


We at Fitness Knocking® take safety seriously. Here are our steps we are taking to increase preventative safety measures for our team and clients.


These are the recommendations through the Centers for Disease Control have been implemented to help ensure safety and well being.  At Fitness Knocking, the health and safety of our team and clients has always been a priority. As the world is taking extra precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19, Fitness Knocking is doing its part with additional safety measures to prioritize the health and safety of our team and clients. We highly recommend all persons if they are able to get vaccinated.


All clients will need to electronically sign a  waiver with new COVID-19 transmission prevention policy which states:

In an effort to limit the transmission of COVID-19 (Coronavirus 2019), I confirm that I will reschedule or train virtually if I or any person in my household:

  • am sick or experiencing the any two of following symptoms: fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of smell or taste, shortness of breath, unexplained fatigue, dry cough, suspected respiratory infection or any other Covid 19 related symptoms. 
  • will not attempt to try to "sweat it out."
  • have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or been quarantined within the past 14 days.
  • have traveled out of the country in the past 14 days.
  • understand that I am required to wear a facemask during the session if I am not vaccinated the session is indoors with no ventilation, and maintain a minimum distance of at least 6 feet. If sessions are held in a fresh air circulating area or outdoors (in the shade preferably) we will maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet masks are still suggested but are optional.  
  • must avoid touching my face and properly wash my hands before and after the session.


Further, I understand sessions will be denied and I will be charged for the appointment if I do not adhere to the procedures.


Team Safety Measures

Our team will 

  • Encouraged to take precautionary measures such as asymptomatic testing and temperature checks prior to resuming in person training.
  • Not bring in our own equipment into your home. 
  • Avoid touching your equipment to demonstrate and spot unless a mask is worn
  • Encourage outdoor sessions. 
  • Avoid touching our face and properly wash our hands before and after the session.
  • Wear face masks during our sessions.
  • No longer be able to make physical adjustments for the foreseeable future through touch and will instead rely on their voices to guide clients through the movements. 
  • Stay home or virtually train clients when not feeling well.
