Let me first say I am very busy, used to hate working out (but love being outside) and have been injured by other trainers before. My trainer shows up at my front door (my favorite part) 3x a week. I have not been this successful in working out in my entire life. I have grown stronger, can hike again and have improved my balance. She has transformed how I think about exercise because sometimes she brings me to a local park and other times we just workout in my living room. I don't always like the workouts (because she pushes me in a good way) but I always feel great afterward. I highly recommend them.
