  • Personal & Partner Training

    In-Home Partner Training
    Our In-Home partner training is a great way to get healthy with a friend, spouse, child or co-worker in the comfort of your own home, office or local park. Working out with another person might just be that missing motivation you need to get serious about your health. Even though you are working out with another person, the exercises are still customized based common goals.
    Workouts are customized and based on your fitness goals.
    Sessions last between 50-60 minutes
    An additional workout program can be provided so you may continue to reach your goals outside our training sessions.
    Goal setting to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle.
    Newsletters with exercise articles and healthy recipes to keep you motivated.
    All training sessions are conveniently scheduled around your schedule.
    Single sessions and packages available.
    Session includes dynamic warm up, customized workout specific to each client, and a cool down with static stretching.

    We recommend owning basic equipment including

    • Dumb-bells
    • Exercise tubing with handles
    • Exercise ball
    • Mat
    • We will bring anything else you may need.

    Approximately 25% of patients who are discharged with medical conditions become re-
    hospitalized within the first year after discharge. This is largely due to those patients not
    following a dedicated home exercise regimen.

    Post Discharge Exercise Programs The exercises you learned in physical therapy should not
    come to an end. Many times, when patients return to their physical therapist years after their
    initial discharge with similar physical issues, it’s often because they failed to maintain a regular
    home exercise program.

    Our team of exercise experts, many of whom are exercise physiologists and
    kinesiologists will guide you to safe and effective post-rehab training.

    ● Bridges the gap post physical therapy to feeling and moving in a functional
    way.
    ● We believe slow is FAST. Our team will encourage you to take it slow and
    increase the level of difficulty gradually.
    ● Listen to your body and the signals it is sending. Any pain is a sign and clue
    that the movement is too difficult. It is important to take a break and
    decrease intensity to minimize risk of injury.

    Do you have a group of friends, neighbors, or work colleagues that want to have an exercise expert leading you to a better life? Would you like to learn how to exercise and stay safe?

    We bring group exercise to you!

    Onsite Group Fitness Coaching- Orientation for safe, efficient and effective use of exercises. Each workout is inclusive of Warm-up, full-body workout, and cool down. We will give alternative movement variations for increasing/decreasing the intensity. Each fitness class will last 45-50 minutes. Groups from 3-30 participants

    Let me first say I am very busy, used to hate working out (but love being outside) and have been injured by other trainers before. She has transformed how I think about exercise because sometimes she brings me to a local park and other times we just workout in my living room.
