Online Fitness Classes

Our online fitness classes programs run similar to a group class at a local gym. However, our programs can be tailored to be online or at your worksite.

We run our classes several times a week so check here for our current schedule running. Each class is upbeat, fun and educational session will run in groups. All classes will last 50-60 minutes.  Also we offer our classes for corporations who want to increase productivity, engagement and the bottom line.

Our online fitness classes, will include:

Orientation for safe, efficient and effective use of exercises
Demonstrate proper technique of exercises
Dynamic warm up, full body workout, and cool down
Give variations for increasing/decreasing the intensity
