Group Fitness Coaching

Our group fitness programs run similar to a group class at a local gym. However, our programs can be tailored to your worksite or home at the day and time of your convenience.

Group Fitness Coaching Weekly Program -Each upbeat, educational session will run in groups from 3+ people. Each fitness coaching session will last 45-60 minutes.

Small group fitness coaching session, will include:
Orientation for safe, efficient and effective use of exercises
Demonstrate proper technique of exercises
Dynamic warm up, full body workout, and cool down
Give variations for increasing/decreasing the intensity
