These tools will help you identify what's your real goal, identify what's really getting in your way, set a plan you can actually achieve, and then get moving with the 5 elements for a full body workout you can do in the comfort of your own home. 

PART 1: GOALS - WHAT'S YOUR WHY?

We take a deep-dive into goals. The problem with most goals is they're too big, unspecific and don't tap into your why. Why do you really want to lose 50 lbs? What's your real motivation? If you can identify your Why, pursuing and achieving your goal becomes a lot easier.

We're starting with the warmup. The warmup is an essential component of your workout that gets your blood pumping, your oxygen flowing and tells your body it's time to wakeup.

PART 2: GOALS - GETTING "SMART" & BUILDING A PLAN

Now that you've identified your Why and developed a Specific goal for yourself, let's take a look at the elements you need to build a plan--Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. A SMART goal sets you up for success. It gives you a plan you can follow. It lets you measure your success along the way so you can be proud of how far you've come instead of feeling overwhelmed because you haven't reached the summit--YET.
